He understood that the website is the “eyes” to the business soul, and that many people can be nervous of engaging with a builder that they have not been personally recommended to. He instructed us to ensure that the website provided the necessary information regarding credibility, credentials (members of reputable construction organisations) and information regarding the processes that the business follows when engaging with new clients. The client also asked that there should be a gallery of project examples to help prospective customers understand what his business can achieve.
